We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for more information.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must not be marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

2. How to Return an Item
If you’d like to return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@lux-collection.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We are unable to process direct exchanges but will gladly assist with the return and a new purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can process your claim quickly.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order as it may already have been processed for shipment.

8. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

9. International Returns
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and return shipping costs. We suggest checking with your local customs office for further information on potential fees before initiating a return.
